Galla and Dan The description "variety music" can mean many things these days, but this popular duo's versatility in the many styles they play and the fun they have with their audiences offers everyone an event to remember!

Depending on the event, Dan & Galla customize each show drawing from the Big Band Era, 50's/60's, Ethnic, Rock/Pop, Patriotic, Country, Show Tunes and more. Dan & Galla are contemporary as well as traditional. Their music has been described as "... 'Today' with a blend of 'Yesterday'".

Both strong singers, Dan excels on the piano, keyboards and accordion. Galla, also multi-talented, plays guitar, flute and the balalaika. ** Dan & Galla are very personable and everyone has a good time as they play for all occasions, whether it be a high-energy interactive show, background music, music for dancing or special selections for a reunion or wedding.

Originally from Iowa and Pennsylvania, this dynamic husband and wife team receives rave reviews everywhere they perform, from the East Coast to the Midwest, Bermuda to the Caribbean, Austia, the Catskills to Atlantic City and Nashville.

** balalaika: triangular Russian stringed instrument. Dan & Galla also offer a lively show of Russian folk music which tells the romantic story of Galla's Russian-born actress mother in Japan meeting a handsome American Major during World war II and coming to this country as a war-bride.
